Hello.
I’m Ine. A creative. Photographer. Entrepeneur.
Dreamer of a new world. Chocolatelover.
All with passion..

I got my first camera when I was 12, and while it wasn't love at first sight, I quickly discovered how interesting it was to stare and watch the world through a lens.
Looking for stories, for faces, for people. The camera turned out the perfect excuse to get a ticket into strange places: A prison. The sewers in Roumenia. Witches, in the citycenter of Antwerp. A compound in Palestina with a so-called terrorist. A school in Iraq. The camera turned out the best passport.

After graduating the Academy of Fine Arts in Ghent, I decided that the world is so much bigger than tiny Flanders. I went to Israël with as excuse a post-graduate course, but in reality a license to travel the world further. This travel microbe hasn't left me ever since, and I travel, when possible, preferably on 2 wheels, to discover more cultures.
Thanks to my job, I don't have to choose and some wonderful experiences just came along.

In Belgium Ghent is my hometown, and I founded Matuvu : a small boutique company helping people with their visual and online communication.

As photographer I choose to work for the professional sector, and I have a soft spot for NGO's and organisations/companies trying to make the world a better place.
I pinch my arm every day I get to meet amazing people changing the world in small or rather big ways.

You think I can help you out? Feel free to contact me. Or check my portfolio.
